Who We Are & How It Started
Hermademan is a vegetarian cloud kitchen based in Shimla, started with a simple idea—to serve honest, home-cooked food that people can enjoy every day.
The kitchen is run by Kuldeep Bhandari and his wife Deepika Bhandari, who turned their love for cooking into a space where food is prepared with care, balance, and familiarity. What began as cooking for family and friends slowly became Hermademan, a kitchen meant for anyone missing proper ghar ka khana in Shimla.
